Required Skills:
- This role is not for beginners — we're looking for engineers with hands-on, production-level AI engineering experience, building and shipping real systems.
- Candidates must have strong software engineering fundamentals and proven experience working on scalable, real-world AI systems (not just demos, RAG pipelines, or basic LLM integrations).
- Strong hands-on experience with Claude Code in real-world development environments
- Proficiency in Python for backend development, including API design and system architecture
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern web development best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Bonus Skills:
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Temporal, Airflow, Step Functions)
- Previous experience as a founder or early-stage startup engineer
- Understanding of scalable system design principles
