Job Description

5-7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with strong expertise in NLP and Generative AI applications.
Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines, vector database integrations, semantic search solutions, and multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
Strong programming skills in Python, along with experience in ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Experience working with cloud AI platforms and services across AWS, Azure, or GCP, including model deployment and inference pipelines.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, MLOps practices, API development, and AI governance/security best practices.

The Successful Applicant

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

Proven experience delivering AI/ML and Generative AI solutions from development through production deployment.
Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and performance optimization.
Ability to design scalable AI architectures leveraging cloud-native AI services and modern AI frameworks.
Experience collaborating with data engineering, architecture, and business teams to solve complex enterprise problems.
Self-driven professional with strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
