AI Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for an AI Engineer who lives at the intersection of Generative AI, content intelligence, and product thinking. If you can turn a story script into a dataset and a recommendation engine into a viewer experience this role is built for you.

You'll architect AI systems that power microdrama discovery, script evaluation, creator intelligence, and personalization from prototype to production.

What You'll Build

GenAI & LLMs

Fine-tune and deploy LLMs for content applications. Build RAG pipelines, prompt engineering frameworks, and orchestrate across OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI and more optimized for cost, latency, and scale.

Content Intelligence

AI systems that evaluate scripts, detect cliffhangers, score stories, and extract cultural nuance. NLP pipelines for sentiment, emotion, tagging, and metadata. Multimodal pipelines across text, audio, and video.

Product AI

LLM powered recommendation engines, AI copilots for content and marketing teams, and personalization layers inside mobile apps wired into real backend systems.

Data & Model Engineering

Feature stores, fine-tuning on domain-specific datasets, scalable cloud pipelines. You care about model quality and infrastructure equally.

Research & Experimentation

Stay sharp on open-source LLM advances. Run A/B experiments. Measure AI performance against business outcomes not just benchmarks.

You Bring

• 3+ years in AI/ML engineering
• Strong hands-on with LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering
• Python fluency:PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face
• Experience with OpenAI / Claude / Vertex or equivalent APIs
• Solid NLP and transformer architecture fundamentals
• Vector databases: Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS
• Cloud experience: GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Worked on custom Model, fine tuning the custom model
• Have worked on VIdeo and Audio Processing

Bonus Points

• Background in media, OTT, or creator economy
• Multimodal AI (audio + video analysis)
• Built AI copilots or internal AI assistants
• Deployed AI in production mobile apps
