What we are looking for

Role: AI Engineer – AWS/Google Gemini/ Azure (Generative AI / Applied AI)

Experience Range: 4 to 10 Years

Location: Chennai

Interview Date: 05th September 26 (09:00 AM to 12:00 PM)

Interview Venue: Gate 04, TCS Siruseri Campus,Plot No. 1, G‑1, SIPCOT Information Technology Park

Near Siruseri Special Economic Zone (SEZ), Navalur Post, Siruseri, Chennai – 603103, Tamil Nadu

Note-While coming for Walkin:-

· Please carry 2 or more copies of updated resume, 2 Passport size photo along with Govt ID proof(Xerox 2 copies)

· Please do not bring personal laptop or electronic gadgets to TCS premises.

Must Have:

1. Design, develop, and deploy AI / Generative AI solutions on AWS
2. Build GenAI-powered applications using AWS Bedrock, Amazon Lex, Lambda, and API Gateway
3. Develop backend services for AI workflows using Python
4. Integrate AI solutions with ITSM tools, enterprise applications, and data sources
5. Implement prompt engineering, intent classification, summarization, and RAG patterns
6. Deploy AI solutions using CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
7. Adhere to security, governance, data masking, and compliance requirements

Good to Have:

1. Excellent communication and collaboration skills

2. A strong team player comfortable in a cross-cultural and diverse operating environment

3. Result oriented and ability to deliver under tight timelines

Essential:

• Identifying the use cases for automation via Artificial Intelligent
• Development of the use cases
• Demo of the use cases to the customer after development
• Implementation of the use cases in the production
• Continuous interaction/meeting with customer for enhancement of the AI

Minimum Qualification:

• 15 years of full-time education
• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
