Requirement: AI Engineer

Job Location: Pune, Baner.

Work from Office, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Experience: 3+ years

Education: IT Graduate

Responsibilities:

-Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Generative AI applications and autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and automating complex workflows.

-Architect and implement robust RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, utilizing advanced chunking strategies, embedding models, and vector stores to support enterprise use cases.

-Leverage Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, etc.) or equivalent cloud platforms to build scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.

-Develop and orchestrate intelligent agents using frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen, ensuring they can effectively utilize tools, APIs, and memory.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into backend systems using RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring smooth communication between the AI layer and the application.

-Drive LLMOps best practices by establishing CI/CD pipelines for model evaluation, monitoring, and automated deployment.

-Manage data strategies including data preprocessing, synthetic data generation, and cleaning to fine-tune models and ensure high-quality outputs.

-Stay updated with the latest advancements in LLM frameworks and prompt engineering techniques to continuously optimize system performance and cost-efficiency.

Requirements:

-Strong hands-on experience with Python and backend development frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask) alongside AI/ML libraries.

-Proficiency in Azure AI Ecosystem (Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Search / Azure AI Search, etc.) is highly preferred, or solid experience with AWS/GCP AI services.

-Solid experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel) and building workflows involving multi-step reasoning and tool usage.

-Strong understanding of RAG architectures and experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).

-Exposure to containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools for deploying and scaling AI solutions.

-Experience with Prompt Engineering and working with Large Language Models (GPT, Llama, etc.) to optimize model responses.

-Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate AI research into practical, production-ready applications.
