AI Engineer / AI Solution Architect

One of our leading financial services client is expanding their AI vertical.

They are looking for AI professionals who can design, build, and scale intelligent solutions for financial services applications such as risk scoring, fraud detection, and customer analytics.

Depending on experience, you will either architect AI-driven systems end-to-end or develop, deploy, and monitor ML models within our production environment.

For all levels:

• Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions aligned with business objectives
• Translate business problems into measurable AI use cases
• Build and deploy models using modern ML frameworks and cloud services
• Good to Have - Ensure compliance with RBI/NBFC data regulations and enterprise security
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams for seamless integration
• Maintain clear documentation and reusable assets

For Senior (Architect-level) candidates:

• Define AI solution architecture and technology roadmap
• Evaluate and select AI tools, platforms, and frameworks
• Guide teams on MLOps, model monitoring, and lifecycle management
• Lead PoCs and pilots; drive AI initiatives from concept to scale
• Mentor junior engineers and establish AI best practices

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
• 310 years of experience in AI/ML (Architect: 7+ years; Engineer: 35 years)
• Strong programming skills (Python / Java) and experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Experience with cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Understanding of data engineering, APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, SageMaker, Kubeflow, Airflow, etc.)
• BFSI/WealthTech experience or regulatory understanding (RBI/NBFC) preferred
• AWS Solution Architect, Developer, or DevOps certifications are a plus
• Exposure to NLP or GenAI solutions is desirable
