The Role

You will design and deploy agentic systems that solve complex, real-world problems. This isn't just about RAG; it's about building software that thinks, acts, and iterates.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Engineering Foundation: 3+ years of software engineering (Python) with a pivot into AI/ML.
• Agentic Logic: You understand prompt chaining, tool calling, and orchestration.
• The Stack: Hands-on experience with LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks (side projects count!).
• Integration Skills: Deep comfort with REST APIs and structured, sprint-based delivery.
• The Agent Mindset: A high-velocity learner who can navigate evolving client environments and new AI primitives.
