AI Engineer

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team, focusing on developing and deploying agentic AI solutions with MCP architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML development, particularly in autonomous and multi-agent systems, and will contribute to building scalable AI systems in cloud environments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement agentic AI solutions using MCP architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy AI systems.
• Ensure the scalability and efficiency of AI systems in cloud environments such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor and lead offshore teams to achieve project excellence.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2 years focused on autonomous, agentic AI systems, or multi-agent systems.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python and experience with its AI/ML ecosystem (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
• Demonstrable hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, AutoGPT, or similar custom implementations.
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar approaches for managing contextual integrity, memory, and county within intelligent agent systems.
• Bachelor&rsquos degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), including architectures (transformers), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and integration strategies.
• Familiarity with planning algorithms, reinforcement learning, symbolic reasoning, and knowledge representation.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and distributed systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Telecom industry experience preferred.
• Leadership: Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire the offshore team toward excellence.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical challenges.
