AI ENGINEER

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of secure, scalable, and reusable AI solutions on the Microsoft Azure AI platform. The role will focus on building AI-powered platform capabilities, implementing modern AI engineering practices, and developing reusable solution accelerators that can be adopted across multiple projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI platform features using Azure AI Foundry SDK, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, and Azure Developer CLI (azd).
• Develop secure and production-ready AI applications and services following secure coding standards and engineering best practices.
• Build AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks where applicable.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to automate build, testing, security validation, and deployment processes.
• Integrate SAST/DAST and other security checks into CI/CD workflows to ensure application and infrastructure security.
• Support automated deployments across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
• Develop and maintain reusable reference architectures, starter templates, code frameworks, deployment scripts, and solution accelerators.
• Create standardized components and templates that enable development teams to quickly onboard and build AI solutions.
• Work closely with architects, developers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to translate technical requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve AI applications, deployment processes, and platform components.
• Contribute to engineering standards, documentation, best practices, and reusable implementation patterns for enterprise AI development.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering and enterprise AI application development.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure AI services / Azure AI Foundry.
• Strong programming experience with Python and/or .NET.
• Hands-on experience with Semantic Kernel and/or LangChain.
• Experience developing applications using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration.
• Strong understanding of GitHub Actions and CI/CD automation.
• Experience with SAST, DAST, security scanning, and secure software development practices.
• Experience with Azure Developer CLI (azd) and infrastructure/deployment automation.
• Ability to develop reusable templates, reference architectures, frameworks, and deployment accelerators.
• Good understanding of cloud security, APIs, identity/access management, and enterprise application architecture.
