Experience: 8+ Years
Required Skills:
· 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Technical Customer Support, Solution Engineering, or AI Enablement roles.
· Familiarity with AI/ML tools, platforms, and workflows.
· Exposure to Enterprise Platforms such as Banking, Insurance, Telecom, or similar domains.
· Strong programming skills in at least one language such as Python.
· Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
· Ability to explain complex AI concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Willingness to travel as required.
Nice to Have:
· Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering.
· Exposure to Enterprise SaaS products and platforms.
· Consulting, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, or Solution Engineering background.
· Experience driving AI adoption and customer enablement initiatives.
