Role: AI PDLC Enablement Lead
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: Long term
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: Hybrid (3x days onsite in Pune, India)
We are seeking an AI PDLC Enablement Lead to help engineering and product teams adopt AI throughout the Product Development Lifecycle. This role combines technical coaching, change management, and AI enablement to improve engineering productivity and software delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coach engineering and product teams on practical AI adoption
- Design and deliver AI workshops, playbooks, and enablement programs
- Define AI best practices, standards, and reusable templates
- Integrate AI capabilities into engineering toolchains and development workflows
- Partner with engineering leaders to drive AI adoption across the SDLC
- Build prototypes and demonstrate AI use cases
Requirements
- 10+ years in software engineering, platform engineering, or technology consulting
- Experience driving AI or DevOps transformation initiatives
- Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience integrating AI into engineering toolchains and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working within large enterprise environments
