ABOUT BOXMEDIA

BOXmedia is a video marketing agency in Leeds, UK, helping businesses grow with the power of video. We run the 1 10 100 podcast and Signal Reel, our offer that turns one recording into a month of reels, carousels, statics and stories that bring in leads. Our content engine is built around Claude, Notion, Frame.io, Metricool, GoHighLevel and n8n.

THE ROLE

You'll own every content job, from the moment a recording lands to the day it goes live and the results come back. You'll run our AI content engine, keep the team's week moving and make sure clients approve on time, so nothing waits for the founder.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Run each podcast episode and client recording through our AI content engine, from finding the ideas to setting the posting schedule.
2. Approve angles, storyboards and designs before they reach clients.
3. Manage every piece of content in Notion, including approval boards and client portals.
4. Assign and plan work for our editor, motion designer and graphic designer.
5. Send work for review in Frame.io, chase approvals and turn changes round within 48 hours.
6. Book approved content in Metricool at least two weeks ahead.
7. Review weekly results, pick posts to promote as ads and send a Friday report.
8. Keep an eye on our n8n automations and flag any errors.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

1. At least three years as a producer, project manager or account manager in a creative, digital or video agency.
2. Real clients or campaigns you owned, not just supported.
3. Excellent written English, confident with UK business clients.
4. Daily, hands on use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT in your real work.
5. Experience with Notion, Asana, Monday or ClickUp.
6. A highly organised person who closes loops without being reminded.
7. Able to work hours that overlap with the UK working day.

NICE TO HAVE

1. Experience with Frame.io, Metricool, GoHighLevel or n8n, an eye for what makes social content stop the scroll, and enough editing knowledge to review a cut in DaVinci Resolve.

HOW THE ROLE GROWS

1. You'll start part time on a probation period. Once probation is passed and the work is running smoothly, the role moves to full time.
