Exposure to GenAI/AI concepts, LLMs, or AI powered applications.
Experience using AI developer tools (e.g., Copilot, AI assistants, automation tools).
Understanding of AI integration patterns in enterprise systems.
Prompt Engineering and AI Coding Assistants (GitHub CoPilot, Amazon Q, Google Duet, Devin, Cursor etc.) Technical Leadership & Delivery
Lead the design, development, and delivery of full stack applications using modern frameworks and architectures.
Provide technical guidance to full stack developers across frontend, backend, and integration layers.
Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance system design aligned with enterprise standards.
Own code quality, architecture decisions, and best practices. AI & GenAI Enablement
Identify opportunities to embed AI/GenAI use cases into business applications (e.g., recommendations, automation, insights).
Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Azure OpenAI, LLM frameworks) to improve developer productivity and solution quality.
Prototype and implement AI driven features such as chat interfaces, intelligent workflows, document processing, and analytics. Collaboration & Mentorship
Mentor team members on full stack development, AI adoption, and modern engineering practices.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, data scientists, and DevOps teams.
Promote a continuous learning and innovation mindset within the team.
