AI Editing Process Lead

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Editing Process Lead to help bring AI into our Photoshop-based post-production workflows. The role will focus on identifying repetitive editing tasks, testing AI-assisted approaches, and helping reduce manual effort for editors through scalable workflows and internal AI tools.You will work closely with editing, quality, and product teams to improve efficiency while maintaining high standards of visual quality.

Key Responsibilities

* Study existing post-production workflows and identify opportunities for AI-assisted editing

* Experiment with generative AI workflows for repetitive editing tasks

* Help move suitable tasks from manual editing to AI-assisted processes

* Create repeatable SOPs, prompts, and workflow best practices

* Work with product and engineering teams to improve internal AI tools

* Support editor adoption of AI-first workflows

* Track workflow efficiency, quality outcomes, and productivity improvements

What We Are Looking For

* Strong understanding of image editing / retouching workflows

* Good visual judgment and attention to detail

* Curiosity and hands-on interest in generative AI tools

* Process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills

* Ability to document workflows and drive operational improvements

Preferred

* Experience with Photoshop or post-production environments

* Familiarity with generative AI, inpainting, masking, or prompt-based editing

* Experience in fashion, retail, or eCommerce imagery.
