Role Overview

We are looking for an AI-first Graphic & Web Designer who excels in using cutting-edge AI tools to create high-quality visual and web design assets.

This is not a traditional design role - it requires strong expertise in AI-driven workflows, prompt engineering, and automation-based design execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the use of AI tools to generate, refine, and scale design outputs
Create high-quality graphics, UI designs, and web layouts using AI workflows
Develop and optimize prompts for brand-aligned visual results
Use AI for rapid prototyping, ideation, and iteration
Integrate AI-generated assets into production-ready designs
Experiment with emerging AI technologies
Collaborate with teams to deliver AI-powered design solutions
Build efficient and repeatable AI workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of experience with strong focus on AI-based design tools
Expertise in tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML
Strong understanding of prompt engineering
Ability to combine multiple AI tools into a workflow
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
Strong portfolio of AI-generated/enhanced work
Understanding of UI/UX principles
Ability to refine and improve AI-generated outputs

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI-driven web builders or automation tools
Knowledge of generative design systems and AI-assisted branding
Familiarity with scripting or automation to enhance AI workflows
Exposure to video/image AI tools and motion generation

Education & Qualifications

Formal Education (Any of the following)

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or Fine Arts [Most Suitable]
B.Sc. / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or Multimedia Technology [Suitable - especially for candidates with strong web/UI skills]
Diploma in Graphic Design, Web Design, or Animation from a recognised institute [Acceptable for candidates with a strong AI portfolio]

Relevant Certifications (Adds strong value)

Google UX Design Certificate (Coursera) [Highly Suitable — directly relevant to UI/UX requirements of this role]
Adobe Certified Professional (Photoshop / Illustrator / Firefly) [Most Suitable — Adobe Firefly is a core tool in this role]
Figma UI/UX Design Certification [Most Suitable — Figma proficiency is a required skill]
AI & Generative Design courses (Coursera, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning) [Most Suitable — directly aligned with the AI-first nature of this role]
