About the Role
Multiplier AI Limited is looking for an experienced, performance-driven AI-Driven Content Writing & SEO Specialist who can own content strategy, large-scale execution, and organic growth across AI, Pharma, Healthcare, and B2B ecosystems.
This is a execution role, ideal for someone who understands SEO deeply, writes with authority, and uses AI tools to scale content production without compromising quality. You will play a key role in building brand authority, inbound traffic, and lead generation through content.
This role demands speed, precision, strategic thinking, and consistency in an AI-enabled environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI-Driven Content Creation & Scale
- Plan, research, write, and publish high-quality long-form and short-form content at scale
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, SEO AI platforms) to accelerate research, outlining, drafting, and repurposing
- Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and quality across all content assets
- Simplify complex AI, pharma, healthcare, and B2B concepts for decision-makers and CXOs
2. SEO Strategy & Performance Optimization
- Own SEO-led content execution including keyword research, content mapping, and on-page optimization
- Write SEO-optimized blogs, landing pages, and pillar content focused on organic growth
- Optimize existing content for rankings, CTR, dwell time, and conversions
- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to align content with SEO and revenue goals
- Track and improve content performance using analytics and AI-driven insights
3. Website & Marketing Content
- Create high-impact website pages, service pages, landing pages, case studies, and product content
- Support email marketing, drip campaigns, newsletters, and lead magnets
- Ensure messaging consistency across website, blogs, campaigns, and sales content
4. Thought Leadership & Social Media Content
- Create LinkedIn content, long-form posts, articles, and thought leadership pieces for brand and leadership
- Repurpose blogs into social media posts, carousels, summaries, and SEO snippets using AI tools
- Support organic social media growth through value-driven, insight-led content
5. Research, Accuracy & Compliance
- Conduct deep, reliable research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging topics
- Ensure factual accuracy, originality, and plagiarism-free content, especially in pharma & healthcare
- Maintain content credibility while balancing SEO, storytelling, and conversion intent
6. AI-Enabled Content Workflow Management
- Use AI tools to:
- Speed up research and ideation
- Scale content production efficiently
- Repurpose content across channels
- Manage deadlines and content pipelines
- Continuously improve workflows using AI and automation tools
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Content Writing, SEO, and Digital Marketing
- Strong command over SEO writing, keyword intent, and content optimization
- Proven experience using AI tools for content creation and SEO workflows
- Excellent grammar, structure, storytelling, and editorial judgment
- Ability to handle high output with consistent quality
- Experience writing for B2B, SaaS, AI, Pharma, or Healthcare domains
- Strong time management and ability to work in a performance-driven environment
