Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to build, execute, and scale marketing initiatives that drive measurable growth. This role blends B2B outbound and digital marketing, with ownership over strategy, execution, and pipeline generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define ideal customer profiles (ICPs), target accounts, and personas to focus outreach efforts.

• Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists for outbound campaigns.

• Create, test, and optimize cold email sequences and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.

• Own deliverability, domain management, and outbound infrastructure to ensure scalable execution.

• Analyze performance data to refine targeting, messaging, subject lines, offers, and CTAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with outbound sales tools such as Apollo, Clay, SmartLead, or Sales Navigator.

• Strong copywriting ability to craft compelling messages for senior decision-makers.

• Proficiency in analyzing campaign metrics and adjusting strategies based on data.

• Familiarity with B2B marketing frameworks and lead generation methodologies.

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight on campaign execution.
