DTC Projects is one of Kolkata's leading real estate developers with 65+ lakh sq ft of premium residential development across the city. We are building out our digital capability to drive efficiency and growth across sales, marketing, CRM, and project operations - and we are looking for someone to own that journey end to end.
This is a hands-on execution role. The right candidate will have personally built and implemented CRM workflows, automation pipelines, and business systems - not just managed vendors or written strategy documents.
You will be the bridge between our business teams and technology, owning implementation across CRM, marketing technology, engineering tools, and AI - across the entire organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimise CRM platforms (Salesforce, Leadsquared) - build workflows for lead management, site visit tracking, and booking conversion; ensure data accuracy and team adoption
- Integrate and manage the marketing tech stack - Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instapage, GCLID tracking, and offline conversion attribution; fix attribution gaps and improve funnel performance
- Build automations using Zapier, APIs, and similar tools to connect systems across CRM, landing pages, ad platforms, and internal operations
- Support implementation and adoption of ERP, project management tools (MS Project, Primavera), and BIM across project sites
- Identify and deploy AI tools for lead scoring, sales follow-ups, WhatsApp and email automation, and marketing optimisation
- Build dashboards for sales funnel performance, channel partner tracking, and campaign ROI; translate data into clear business insights
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams as the internal systems owner
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in CRM implementation, marketing automation, growth technology, or enterprise systems roles
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (preferred), HubSpot, or Leadsquared - you must have configured and implemented, not just used
- Strong working knowledge of Zapier, API integrations, and workflow automation
- Solid understanding of marketing attribution - GCLID, Meta Pixel, CAPI, and offline conversions
- Exposure to ERP or project management software (MS Project, Primavera) is an advantage
- Practical experience deploying AI tools - lead scoring, chatbots, email automation, or similar
- Graduate in any discipline; relevant certifications in Salesforce, Google, HubSpot, or AI tools will be valued
- Experience in real estate, high-ticket sales, or SaaS is a plus
- Operator mindset - you get things done rather than just advising on them
- Strong communication skills; comfortable working across teams with varying levels of technical knowledge
