Role Overview:
One of client seeking a highly motivated and execution-oriented AI Digital Media & Client Success Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our AI products through AI-driven content creation, social media management, campaign execution, and initial client interactions, ensuring a seamless handover of qualified leads to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to research, ideate, and produce diverse content formats, including social posts, email copy, landing pages, ad creatives, FAQs, and sales collateral.
- Create engaging short-form and long-form videos for explainers, feature launches, demos, case studies, and advertisements using AI-powered tools like Canva, Descript, Kapwing, or similar.
- Design compelling pitch decks and presentations for demos, sales calls, webinars, and partner or investor discussions, utilizing AI-assisted design tools.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of social media accounts for 23 AI products across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Establish and maintain automated workflows for posting, scheduling, and basic engagement using tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and Zapier.
- Utilize AI to generate post variations, captions, hooks, hashtags, and creative formats at scale, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Plan and maintain a structured content calendar with automated publishing and reminders to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, providing first-level responses and escalating qualified inbound leads to the appropriate teams.
- Repurpose long-form assets (blogs, webinars, demos, case studies) into automated content streams, including reels, carousels, short clips, and email/social snippets.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns for 23 AI products across social media, email, and online communities.
- Manage email marketing campaigns end-to-end, encompassing cold outreach, nurturing, onboarding, and product updates.
- Conduct initial client meetings (via Zoom, Google Meet, or in-person) and deliver structured product walkthroughs using AI-created decks and videos.
- Capture key client information, including use cases, objections, timelines, and buying signals, and document clean handovers for seamless closure.
- Track and report core metrics, including social engagement, reach, inbound leads, email performance, and meeting-to-deal ratios, providing weekly summaries with clear insights and recommendations.
Required Qualifications:
- 02 years (Associate) or 35 years (Executive/Lead) of experience in digital media, content, marketing, or SaaS-focused roles.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation, video production, and design.
- Practical experience managing social media accounts with automation tools.
- Understanding of marketing funnels, campaign management, and lead qualification processes.
- Confident English communication skills and comfort leading initial client calls.
- Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple products and channels concurrently.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications/Good to Have:
- Experience with AI, SaaS, B2B, EdTech, or PropTech products.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic analytics tools (GA4, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Experience transforming live sessions or demos into automated content pipelines.
