Role Description
Biz4Group is looking for an ambitious, AI-first Assistant AI Digital Marketing Manager who can blend marketing, product thinking, and emerging AI search strategies to drive business growth.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should not be a traditional marketer but someone who thinks like a product owner, understands customer behavior deeply, and leverages AI to create scalable marketing systems.
The role involves planning and executing digital marketing initiatives across search, social, content, paid campaigns, and AI-driven channels. The candidate will be responsible for improving Biz4Group's visibility across traditional search engines as well as AI-powered platforms through SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies.
You will work closely with sales, design, development, and leadership teams to position Biz4Group as a leading AI consulting company. The role requires someone who can identify market gaps, create unique positioning strategies, build demand-generation campaigns, and continuously experiment with new AI marketing approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute AI-driven digital marketing strategies focused on pipeline growth and revenue generation.
- Improve brand visibility across Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and other AI-powered search platforms through AEO and GEO strategies.
- Develop and manage SEO, content marketing, social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and marketing automation campaigns.
- Analyze customer behavior, competitor positioning, and market opportunities to create differentiated marketing initiatives.
- Think like a product owner by identifying customer pain points, validating messaging, and building campaigns around real business problems.
- Create and optimize marketing funnels that drive qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
- Use AI tools for content creation, campaign optimization, audience segmentation, personalization, and performance tracking.
- Conduct A/B testing across landing pages, ads, email campaigns, and conversion funnels.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Track KPIs, attribution models, campaign ROI, and pipeline contribution.
- Continuously experiment with new growth channels, AI tools, and emerging digital marketing trends.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in IT Services, SaaS, AI, or Technology companies.
- Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, GEO, and modern search visibility strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
- Proven expertise in B2B lead generation, performance marketing, and funnel optimization.
- Experience using AI marketing tools for content generation, campaign management, automation, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing, organic growth, and paid acquisition strategies.
- Product mindset with the ability to think beyond campaigns and focus on customer problems, positioning, and business outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Excellent communication and content creation abilities.
- Experience working with AI products, software development companies, or technology consulting firms will be highly preferred.
