Job Description

Whitehats is a Managed IT Services Provider, and we're looking for a digital marketer who can prove results — not just list responsibilities.

This role is not only about running ads or posting content. We are looking for someone who understands modern digital marketing, AI tools, SEO, PPC, LLM visibility, sales campaigns, and performance-driven growth.

If you have managed B2B campaigns, improved organic rankings, generated leads, used AI tools smartly, and have real numbers to back it up, this role may be for you.

Role: AI Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist

Location: Remote — India

Type: Full-Time

Experience: 3–4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns for sales lead generation

Support sales campaigns with campaign ideas, target audience research, messaging, landing pages, creatives, and follow-up content

Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and other paid marketing channels

Handle PPC strategy, keyword planning, ad copy, landing page alignment, A/B testing, and conversion tracking

Manage SEO, including on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical audits, meta titles, meta descriptions, schema, internal linking, and site structure

Improve visibility on Google Search, AI search engines, and LLM-based discovery platforms

Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and other marketing AI platforms for research, content planning, campaign analysis, reporting, and productivity

Create and optimize blogs, landing pages, case studies, website content, service pages, and lead magnets

Plan and execute social media content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms

Prepare social media calendars, post captions, campaign creatives, and engagement ideas

Manage email marketing, lead nurturing workflows, sales email campaigns, newsletters, and follow-up sequences

Coordinate with the sales team to support outbound campaigns, prospecting lists, offers, and campaign messaging

Track campaign performance from traffic to leads, conversions, and sales opportunities

Analyze GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM/lead data

Prepare weekly performance reports with clear KPIs, insights, and next actions

Work independently and suggest improvements without waiting for detailed instructions every time

AI & Technology Knowledge Required:

Strong understanding of AI tools for marketing, SEO, PPC, research, content creation, and reporting

Basic understanding of LLMs and how AI search/answer engines find and recommend businesses

Awareness of GEO/AEO — Generative Engine Optimization and Answer Engine Optimization

Ability to use AI for keyword research, content briefs, competitor analysis, ad copy testing, social media content, and campaign reporting

Understanding of MCPs, AI agents, automation tools, and how AI can connect with business systems

Ability to create prompts, workflows, and repeatable AI-assisted marketing processes

Knowledge of website meta tags, schema markup, Open Graph tags, tracking pixels, UTM links, and conversion events

You're the right fit if:

• You understand how B2B buyers make decisions

• You have marketed IT services, SaaS, MSP, cybersecurity, cloud, or tech products

• You can plan a campaign from idea to execution and reporting

• You can support sales teams with strong marketing material and lead-generation campaigns

• You can work independently and take ownership of results

• You are comfortable with data, reporting, KPIs, and performance analysis

• You know how to use AI tools practically, not just mention them in your CV

• You can improve campaigns, landing pages, SEO, social media, email marketing, and lead quality together

• You have a portfolio or campaign results ready to share

Strong Advantage:

IT services, MSP, SaaS, cybersecurity, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, cloud, or B2B technology marketing experience

Experience with Google Ads lead generation campaigns

Experience with SEO ranking improvement and technical SEO fixes

Experience in sales campaign planning and execution

Experience managing LinkedIn and email-based B2B campaigns

Experience using AI tools for real marketing execution

Knowledge of AI search visibility, LLM optimization, and automation workflows
