Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Developer to design, develop, and implement intelligent systems and machine learning models that solve real-world problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and software development, with a passion for creating smart, scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop AI models and algorithms tailored to business needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.

Train, test, and validate machine learning models using appropriate datasets.

Implement AI solutions into existing infrastructure and applications.

Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed models.

Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research, tools, and techniques.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with appropriate documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.

Proven experience in AI/ML development using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.

Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and data structures.

Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or generative AI is a plus.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with MLOps or AI model deployment pipelines.

Publications or projects in the AI/ML space.

Knowledge of big data tools and platforms like Spark or Hadoop.
