Role Overview
We are seeking a
Senior AI Developer with strong experience in AI-assisted development tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) to build intelligent systems that generate
marketing and technical documentation directly from multi-language codebases. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience creating
prompt frameworks, and MCP-based integrations, and is comfortable working across modern developer tools such as
Cursor AI, VS Code, and GitHub Copilot.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and utilize LLM-based workflows to analyze and understand multi-language codebases in C# Or C++.
- Design and develop AI-driven document generation systems for:
- Technical documentation (architecture, APIs, code explanations)
- Marketing and product documentation
- Implement prompt engineering strategies for accuracy, consistency, and tone (technical vs. marketing)
- Work with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or equivalent context orchestration frameworks
- Integrate AI solutions into developer workflows using:
- Cursor AI
- VS Code with GitHub Copilot
- Evaluate and optimize LLM performance, cost, and latency
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align AI-generated outputs with business needs
- Ensure secure handling of source code and proprietary data

Work Experience
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of overall software development experience into C# or C++
- Prompt engineering
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
- Proven experience in:
- Practical experience using:
- Cursor AI
- VS Code with GitHub Copilot
- Ability to analyze and generate documentation from large, complex codebases
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
Nice to Have
Python Development Experience
- Experience with multi-modal LLMs
- Exposure to CI/CD integration for AI workflows
- Warehouse and intralogistics domain knowledge (WMS, automation, Material handling) will be a strong advantage
