What We Are Looking For:
- 35years of experience in AI/ML with hands-on exposure to LLMs and agentic AI development.
- Strong Python programming background for building AI workflows, APIs, and integrations.
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AutoGen.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in remote and fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced LLM-driven agentic systems with memory, multi-step planning, and tool invocation capabilities.
- Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) patterns to coordinate LLMs with APIs, scrapers, and microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate problem statements into intelligent automation flows.
- Maintain clean, scalable code and contribute to production-ready pipelines with Docker, FastAPI, and Git.
- Stay updated with the latest innovations in LLM reasoning, agent architectures, and open-source tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML or backend engineering roles, with recent focus on LLM-based systems.
- Strong understanding of LLM prompting, tool chaining, memory management, and agent planning frameworks (e.g., ReAct, Tree of Thought).
- Familiar with containerization (Docker), REST APIs, and version control systems (Git).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
