Job Description – AI Developer
Location: Hyderabad (Remote/Hybrid)
Experience: 4–7 years (Software + AI/ML)
Role Type: Full-time

leverages AI, NLP, and predictive analytics to turn data into insights. We are expanding our team and seeking an AI Developer to bring intelligence, automation, and scalability into our product ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Build and deploy AI/ML models for NLP, recommendation, and predictive analytics.
Integrate AI services into SaaS workflows with NodeJS and ReactJS teams.
Deploy AI pipelines on AWS services (SageMaker, Comprehend, Bedrock, Lambda).
Work with MongoDB and structured/unstructured datasets.
Develop secure APIs to expose AI features.
Ensure ethical AI with explainability and fairness.
Collaborate with product owners to align AI solutions with business needs.
Required Skills
Strong in Python (ML/NLP) and NodeJS (APIs).
Experience with LLMs/transformers (GPT, BERT, etc.).
Skilled in NLP (clustering, summarization, sentiment analysis).
Hands-on with AWS AI/ML stack.
Familiarity with MongoDB & NoSQL/SQL.
Nice to Have
Experience with speech/multimodal AI.
Knowledge of recommendation systems.
Exposure to data visualization tools.
SaaS/HRTech/Analytics background.
