Job Summary
Seeking an AI / GenAI Developer to build and deploy advanced AI-powered systems focused on assessment intelligence, document processing, and candidate evaluation. The role requires strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and scalable AI system development.
Key Responsibilities
AI System Development
- Develop AI-powered solutions for assessment scoring, interview simulations, and skill evaluation
- Design LLM-based systems for analyzing candidate responses and generating feedback
- Build scalable AI pipelines for text, speech, and document processing
Document Intelligence
- Develop document extraction systems using LLMs (e.g., GPT, Gemini)
- Build structured data extraction from PDFs, images, and forms
- Optimize prompts and workflows for high-accuracy data extraction
Assessment Intelligence
- Develop algorithms for:
- Skill gap detection
- Role-fit prediction
- Candidate scoring models
- Improve reliability and accuracy of assessment systems using data-driven models
AI Integration
- Integrate AI services into platforms such as LMS (e.g., ELITE LMS)
- Work with APIs including OpenAI, Gemini, and HuggingFace
- Build and deploy scalable AI pipelines and services
Research & Optimization
- Research and evaluate emerging AI models and frameworks
- Optimize AI model performance, scalability, and inference cost
- Experiment with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG pipelines
Technical Skills Required
