About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to design and build an intelligent, chat-based assistant with integrated predictive capabilities. This role involves developing systems that can understand natural language, interact with structured data, and generate meaningful insights for business users.
You will work at the intersection of LLMs, data systems, and applied machine learning, building scalable solutions that directly integrate with our data warehouse and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop a chat-based query system for business users
- Build pipelines to convert natural language into SQL and structured data queries
- Develop and deploy predictive models for delay estimation, risk analysis, and forecasting
- Integrate AI components with the data warehouse and existing data pipelines
- Optimize performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI-driven systems for production use
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek, or open-source models)
- Solid understanding of prompt engineering techniques
- Working knowledge of NLP fundamentals (tokenization, embeddings, semantic search)
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, or similar)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Prior experience building chat interfaces over structured datasets
- Understanding of business workflows and decision-making processes
Experience & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in AI/ML or applied data systems
OR
- B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, AI, or Data Science from Tier 1/Tier 2
- M.Tech / M.Sc in AI or Data Science from Tier 1/Tier

Compensation
This is a initially a project-based role, which will turn into full time based on performance.
₹1.0 - 1.2 Lakh per month
Negotiable based on performance, quality of based projects and institution tier.
