Position Overview
We are seeking an AI Developer - Agent Specialist who will focus on building intelligent agents and automated workflows within Azure AI Foundry . This role is critical to developing the Agent Workforce, including solutions such as TaxPrepBot, ComplianceRiskBot, and DocIntake, while optimizing overall delivery workflows across our Tax, Audit, Advisory, and Outsourcing service lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Build Intelligent AI Agents: Develop sophisticated AI agents using Azure AI Foundry for tax preparation, compliance monitoring, document processing, and M&A analysis
- Build End-to-End Automated Workflows: Create comprehensive automated workflows that seamlessly integrate AI agents with existing enterprise systems and processes
- Execute Post-Training Techniques: Apply advanced techniques including fine-tuning, instruction tuning, and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) to optimize agent performance
- Design Evaluation Frameworks: Develop comprehensive evaluation frameworks for AI agents, measuring accuracy, reliability, compliance, and business impact metrics
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Optimize Delivery Workflows: Continuously improve agent performance and workflows to enhance overall service delivery across Tax, Audit, Advisory, and Outsourcing service lines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field
- 6+ years of professional software development experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience focused on AI agent development
- 2+ years of practical experience with Azure AI Foundry or similar agent development platforms
- Strong proficiency in Python or similar programming languages
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and AI/ML concepts
- Experience designing and implementing automated workflows and pipelines
Preferred/Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or MBA with technical focus
- Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI agents and automated workflows
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure AI services ecosystem and Azure AI Foundry
- Experience with multi-agent systems (MOE), reasoning frameworks, and orchestration patterns
- Proficiency with prompt flow, automation pipelines, and human-in-the-loop systems
- Hands-on experience with post-training techniques: fine-tuning, instruction tuning, RLHF, and domain adaptation
- Strong background in model evaluation, performance metrics, benchmark development, and A/B testing frameworks
- Experience in professional services, accounting, tax, or audit domains
- Consulting mindset with a strong bias for action
- Ability to connect strategy to execution and simplify complexity
- Passion for enabling people and driving business transformation through AI
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Salary
INR 3000000 – 3500000
The mentioned benefits are exclusive of the current compensation band stated above. 10% performance bonus, which can go up to 20%, gratuity, mobile and internet reimbursement, and medical and accidental insurance
The ideal candidate should have strong backend/frontend development experience along with Azure cloud exposure and practical experience in AI agent development, workflows, and automation. Pure Business Analyst or only Machine Learning/theoretical AI profiles will not fit the requirement.
