Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Build, test, and deploy AI-powered features and applications using LLMs, Generative AI, and modern AI frameworks.
Design and implement AI workflows involving prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, agents, tool calling, and model orchestration.
Rapidly prototype, evaluate, and iterate on AI solutions to solve real business problems.
Fine-tune, benchmark, and optimize foundation models and AI systems for quality, latency, reliability, and cost.
Develop scalable AI pipelines, APIs, and production-ready services.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing products.
Research emerging AI models, frameworks, and techniques, and quickly assess their practical applicability.
Conduct experiments, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations to improve AI performance.
Troubleshoot complex AI system issues and identify creative solutions to technical challenges.
Maintain clean code, technical documentation, and engineering best practices.

What We're Looking For

1+ years of hands-on experience building AI/ML or Generative AI applications.
Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Deep curiosity about the AI ecosystem and a habit of continuously learning and experimenting.
Ability to move fast, take ownership, and independently drive projects from idea to production.
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, agents, embeddings, and vector databases.
Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with modern AI frameworks.
Understanding of AI evaluation, performance optimization, and cost management.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with rapidly evolving technologies.
