AI Deployment - Strategy & Ops || Ex MBB || Mumbai/Bangalore

We are looking for a Deployment Strategist to work closely with enterprise customers to identify high-impact AI opportunities, design deployment strategies, and drive AI solutions from problem discovery through production deployment and measurable business impact.

The role requires a combination of business consulting, AI solutioning, product understanding, and execution. You will work closely with customers, product and engineering teams to understand business workflows, identify where AI can create value, design the right solution, support deployment, and measure outcomes.

This is a high-ownership, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous business problems and translating them into practical AI solutions.

1. Customer & Business Problem Discovery

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their business processes, pain points, workflows and operational challenges.
• Identify processes where AI, GenAI, conversational AI, automation or intelligent agents can create meaningful business value.
• Translate customer problems into clear AI use cases, requirements and deployment objectives.
• Understand the customer's existing technology ecosystem and integration requirements.

2. AI Solution Design & Strategy

• Conceptualise and design AI-powered solutions based on customer requirements.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to determine the appropriate AI models, agents, workflows, integrations and architecture.
• Develop solution approaches, workflows, prototypes and deployment plans.
• Evaluate different approaches and iterate based on customer feedback and business requirements.
• Work with emerging AI technologies and tools, including LLMs, AI agents, RAG, conversational AI, document intelligence and workflow automation.

3. Deployment & Implementation

• Own the deployment journey from solution design → POC/pilot → production deployment → adoption.
• Coordinate with customer technology, business and operations teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Work with engineering/product teams on integrations, data requirements, APIs and technical dependencies.

4. Measuring Business Impact

• Define success metrics and KPIs for each deployment.
• Build business cases and communicate the ROI / dollar impact generated through AI deployments.

5. Customer Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with business, technology and senior customer stakeholders.
• Present solution approaches, deployment plans, progress and business outcomes to customers.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Sales and Customer Success teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 6- 12 years of experience in AI / GenAI implementation, SaaS deployment / implementation, Solution Consulting with previous work exp in MBB necessarily in Strategy & Ops roles
