Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced AI Delivery Lead to manage and govern enterprise AI / Generative AI / Agentic AI delivery programs across multiple customers. The ideal candidate is a strong AI practitioner with delivery leadership experience, capable of driving end-to-end AI solution delivery including architecture oversight, customer management, delivery governance, team leadership, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
•Own end-to-end delivery of AI/GenAI/Agentic AI programs from discovery to production rollout
•Lead delivery governance, planning, execution, reporting, risk management, and customer communication
•Provide technical governance across:LLMs, RAG architectures, AI agents and agentic workflows, Prompt engineering, AI evaluation and guardrails, LLMOps/MLOps
•Review solution architectures and ensure scalability, security, and production readiness
•Manage cross-functional AI teams including architects, AI engineers, data engineers, and AI assurance
•Drive customer engagement, executive reviews, and stakeholder management
•Manage program financials including gross margin, expense tracking, and financial utilization to ensure delivery within budget and profitability targets
•Establish delivery best practices, reusable accelerators, and AI SDLC governance

Required Skills & Experience
12+ years of experience in enterprise technology delivery
4+ years of experience leading AI/ML/Generative AI programs
Strong hands-on understanding of: LLMs and Foundation Models, RAG, AI Agents, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, AI Evaluation & Responsible AI
Experience with:AWS Bedrock, Azure Foundry, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI / Anthropic ecosystems
Familiarity with frameworks/tools such as: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Microsoft Agent framework etc.
Strong customer-facing, leadership, and people management skills
Experience managing multiple enterprise AI projects simultaneously
