As the AI Delivery Lead, you sit at the intersection of Project Management, Legal Strategy, and Product Implementation. You are the architect of the deployment process, ensuring that cutting-edge AI contract tools are seamlessly integrated into the operational fabric of global legal departments and enterprise systems.
Your Impact & What You'll Do
- End-to-End Project Ownership: Lead the full implementation lifecycle of AI-powered contract tools, from initial scoping and environment configuration to final user rollout.
- Operationalize Legal Playbooks: Collaborate with Senior Legal Engineers to ensure the prompts and logic they develop are successfully integrated into the client's live workflows and CLM systems.
- Strategic Client Management: Serve as the primary point of escalation and strategic advisor for client Project Managers and IT Heads, ensuring alignment between AI capabilities and business goals.
- Adoption & Change Management: Design training programs and AI-readiness workshops to help traditional legal teams transition to AI-enhanced workflows.
- Performance Metrics & ROI: Define and track key success criteria to provide transparent reporting and prove value to C-suite stakeholders.
