  • Number of AI prototypes delivered and validated
  • Speed from concept to working prototype
  • Business value demonstrated through pilots and proof of concepts
  • Quality of technical designs and successful handoff to production teams
  • Adoption and stakeholder satisfaction with developed solutions Strong stakeholder confidence in AI investment decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Data Science, or related field AI/ML, Cloud, Automation, or Software Engineering certifications preferred Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, OpenAI, LangChain, or related certifications considered a plus
