- 58 years in software engineering, AI development, automation, solution architecture, or related technical roles, with 3+ years building AI, automation, or workflow-based solutions
- Number of AI prototypes delivered and validated
- Speed from concept to working prototype
- Business value demonstrated through pilots and proof of concepts
- Quality of technical designs and successful handoff to production teams
- Adoption and stakeholder satisfaction with developed solutions Strong stakeholder confidence in AI investment decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Data Science, or related field AI/ML, Cloud, Automation, or Software Engineering certifications preferred Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, OpenAI, LangChain, or related certifications considered a plus
