You will play a key role in designing and delivering high-impact training programs, guiding students through hands-on projects, and bridging the gap between academic learning and industry expectations.

Qualifications

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Delivery

• Deliver engaging classroom and virtual training sessions on AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, and Python.
• Adapt teaching methodologies to suit learners with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Create an interactive and collaborative learning environment that encourages participation and curiosity.

Curriculum Development

• Design and maintain structured, industry-aligned learning content, including presentations, coding exercises, assessments, case studies, and projects.
• Incorporate real-world applications and best practices into training programs.
• Continuously update course content to reflect advancements in AI, Data Science, and Generative AI.

Hands-On Learning

• Guide students through practical exercises, coding labs, and project-based learning experiences.
• Help learners gain hands-on exposure to industry-standard tools, frameworks, and workflows.
• Mentor students in building portfolio projects that strengthen their technical and problem-solving skills.

Mentorship & Student Success

• Provide one-on-one guidance and technical support to learners.
• Address doubts, review assignments, and help students overcome technical challenges.
• Monitor learners progress and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.

Assessment & Evaluation

• Develop assessments, quizzes, assignments, and project evaluations to measure learning outcomes.
• Analyze learner performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure students achieve the desired competency levels and learning objectives.

Domain Expertise

• Explain core AI and Machine Learning concepts, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and model evaluation techniques.
• Train students on Deep Learning concepts such as neural networks, CNNs, RNNs, and Transformers.
• Introduce learners to Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and practical Generative AI applications.
• Demonstrate real-world use cases in NLP, Computer Vision, and AI-powered solutions.

Continuous Learning
