AI & Data Science Mentor
- Remote (Work From Home)
- Part-Time | Monday to Saturday | 3 Hours/Day (Evening)
- Stipend: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
We are looking for an experienced AI & Data Science Mentor to support learners through live doubt-solving sessions, project guidance, and assignment reviews.
Responsibilities
- Conduct live doubt-solving sessions.
- Guide students on projects and capstone assignments.
- Review assignments and provide actionable feedback.
- Help learners understand concepts through practical examples.
- Support students across beginner to advanced levels.

Requirements
- 3+ years of industry experience in AI, ML, Data Science, GenAI, or Data Engineering.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Prior mentoring, teaching, or training experience is preferred.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in core AI and data science concepts, including statistics, probability, machine learning, and deep learning.
- Hands-on experience with common data science tools and technologies such as Python, data analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy), and machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to learners with diverse backgrounds, and to adapt explanations to different skill levels.
- Experience mentoring, teaching, or supporting learners in an educational, bootcamp, or corporate training setting is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to review and improve code and analytical workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a learner-centric and patient approach.
- Reliable access to a stable internet connection and a suitable remote working setup for video sessions and collaborative tools.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms, LMS tools, or online education environments is a plus.
- Interest in learner motivation, gamified learning, and outcome-based education will be an advantage.
