About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled AI / Data Science Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions, with a strong focus on RcAG-based systems, Agentic AI, and AI-driven automation. This role requires a blend of technical leadership, hands-on implementation, and strategic thinking to build scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

Lead the design and implementation of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and Agentic AI systems.

Architect end-to-end AI solutions including data pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and LLM integrations.

Define best practices for prompt engineering, model evaluation, and observability.

Guide and mentor a team of data scientists, AI engineers, and ML engineers.

Solution Development

Build and optimize AI agents capable of decision-making, tool use, and multi-step reasoning.

Develop intelligent assistants, knowledge bots, and workflow automation using LLMs.

Implement vector search, semantic retrieval, and knowledge graph-based systems.

Work with structured and unstructured data sources (documents, logs, PDFs, APIs, etc.).

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with business teams to translate use cases into AI solutions.

Present AI strategy, architecture, and roadmaps to leadership.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and cloud teams to integrate AI into production systems.

MLOps & Governance

Define AI governance, security, and compliance frameworks.

Establish monitoring, drift detection, and evaluation mechanisms for AI systems.

Implement CI/CD pipelines for AI models and agents.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

8+ years in IT / Data Science / AI / ML roles

Proven experience in building production-grade AI solutions

Hands-on experience with RAG-based systems and Agentic AI

Technical Skills

Programming: Python (mandatory), SQL

LLMs & Frameworks:

OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Anthropic / Google Gemini

LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or similar frameworks

Vector Databases: Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Chroma

Data & ML:

NLP, embeddings, semantic search

Machine Learning basics

Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP

MLOps Tools: MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD

Agentic AI Experience

Building autonomous AI agents

Tool-calling agents (APIs, databases, automation tools)

Multi-step reasoning and workflow orchestration

Memory, context management, and planning in AI systems

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate or Master's degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or related field

Experience in enterprise AI implementations

Exposure to SAP, ERP, or business process automation (nice to have)

Experience with Knowledge Graphs or Graph Databases
