AI Data Operations Specialist

Manage AI data projects where the content is as complex as the models it trains. At Biz-Tech Analytics, our Specialized Data Services team builds datasets in coding, mathematics, and STEM domains for frontier AI labs. You'll coordinate PhD-level experts, translate ML requirements into structured workflows, and own delivery from kickoff to final QA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end delivery of AI data projects focused on coding, math, and STEM datasets

• Plan timelines, milestones, and deliverables for training data, RLHF, and model evaluation workflows

• Translate ML team requirements into structured tasks for coding and STEM data creation

• Design workflows for code generation, debugging tasks, mathematical reasoning datasets, and scientific QA

• Implement quality assurance frameworks for specialized technical datasets

• Monitor annotation accuracy, evaluator agreement, and benchmark performance metrics

• Coordinate across engineers, annotators, and domain experts (including PhD-level specialists)

• Communicate progress, risks, and insights to internal and external stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–4 years in project management, AI data operations, or technical program management

• Strong understanding of AI/ML workflows — particularly training data pipelines and model evaluation

• Technical literacy in programming, mathematics, or STEM (you don't need to be an expert, but you need to understand the content your team produces)

• Ability to manage cross-functional teams of engineers, annotators, and subject-matter experts

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Degree in CS, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical field

• Must work from our Delhi office — this is an in-person role

NICE TO HAVE

• Direct experience with RLHF workflows, model benchmarking, or AI training data creation

• Experience managing coding datasets, algorithmic problems, or mathematical reasoning tasks

• Familiarity with LLMs and AI model development workflows

• PMP, Scrum, or similar project management certifications

THIS ROLE ISN'T FOR YOU IF

• Your experience is entirely in non-technical domains — this role requires understanding technical content at a working level

• You don't have experience with AI/ML workflows or data operations

• You're looking for a pure people-management role without getting into technical details

• You're not comfortable managing highly specialized, opinionated domain experts (PhDs, senior developers, etc.)
