We help tech giants in improving their AI models with RLHF and supervised fine-tuning. About the Role:

We are looking for an AI Data Consultant who will play a key role in shaping next-generation Artificial Intelligence systems. You will work at the intersection of human intelligence and machine learning, helping AI models learn through high-quality data annotation, validation, and insights

Key Responsibilities:

• Annotate, label, and review datasets (text, images, audio, or video) used to train AI models.
• Ensure high accuracy and consistency in data classification and tagging.
• Analyze and interpret complex data to improve AI model performance.
• Follow annotation guidelines and quality benchmarks strictly.
• Identify edge cases, errors, and ambiguities in datasets.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and project managers to refine data quality.
• Provide feedback to improve annotation workflows and AI outputs.
• Maintain detailed documentation of annotated datasets.

Requirements:

• Strong programming skills in at least one major language (e.g., Python, Java, C/C++, JavaScript, or similar).
• Ability to read, understand, and critique unfamiliar code logically and systematically.
• Basic understanding of data, AI, or machine learning concepts (preferred).
• Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms.
