Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented AI Data Consultant (Freelancer) to support our AI initiatives by designing, structuring, and optimizing high-quality datasets. This role sits at the intersection of data, AI, and operations, requiring both analytical thinking and practical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and define data requirements for AI/ML use cases
- Develop data annotation frameworks, guidelines, and quality standards
- Analyze and structure large datasets for training and evaluation purposes
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability across projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, research)
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in data, analytics, AI/ML operations, or consulting roles
- Strong understanding of data structures, datasets, and AI/ML workflows
- Experience working with large datasets and data quality processes
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
Good to Have:
- Experience in data annotation, labeling, or AI training pipelines
- Exposure to Python or basic scripting for data handling
- Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, or LLM-related projects
- Background in consulting, research, or process optimization
