AI Dashboard Analyst

Job Description:

We build most of our reporting infrastructure using AI specifically Claude to generate production-grade HTML dashboards deployed via GitHub and Vercel. This isn't a traditional BA role; it's a new kind of analyst function where your ability to prompt, iterate, and refine AI output is as important as your data skills. You will own end-to-end delivery of dashboards: gathering requirements from sales, ops, and f inance teams, structuring the underlying data, prompting Claude to generate the dashboard, iterating on the output, and shipping it to users. 

Responsibilities:

Dashboard delivery :

1. Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into structured briefs for AI-assisted dashboard generation
2. Use Claude to generate, iterate, and refine HTML dashboards — including layout, filters, KPI cards, and chart logic
3. Deploy and manage dashboards on Vercel; maintain the GitHub repo under our org
4. Build zone-wise, team-wise, and exception-based views for sales and ops MIS

Data & systems:

1. Pull, clean, and structure data from Google Sheets, CRM exports, and ERP system outputs
2. Prepare raw data into formats that feed cleanly into dashboards
3. Maintain data consistency across weekly and monthly reporting cycles

Quality & UX:

1. Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, UX clarity, and stakeholder usability
2. Think from the end-user's perspective — does the dashboard answer the right question at a glance
3. Identify prompt patterns that produce better output and document them for the team.

Qualification: What we're looking for

1. 1–2 years in an analyst, reporting, or BI role or a fresher with a very strong portfolio of self-built projects
2. Proficient in Google Sheets (pivot tables, QUERY function, data cleaning)
3. Genuine curiosity about AI tools you've used Claude, ChatGPT, or similar for real work, not just experimentation
4. Basic comfort reading HTML/CSS output you don't need to write it from scratch, but you can spot a layout bug or a wrong color
5. Strong UX instinct you care about how a report feels to use, not just whether the numbers are right
6. Clear written communication you can write a tight requirements brief and a clean prompt

Good to have:

Prior exposure to logistics, freight, or supply chain reporting

Experience with GitHub basics (commit, push, manage repos)

Familiarity with Vercel or any deployment workflow

Exposure to Tableau or any BI tool
