AI Creative Strategy & Quality Lead

About the Role:

We are looking for an AI Creative Strategy & Quality Lead who will own the visual intelligence behind our AI-generated content systems. This role will focus on guiding AI tools to consistently generate high-quality fashion visuals that meet both brand standards and e-commerce performance goals. You will be responsible for:

Designing AI visual generation frameworks

Building quality systems for AI-generated imagery and videos

Creating prompt structures and style systems that control AI outputs

Developing visual storytelling formats that improve PDP engagement and conversion

This is not a traditional creative role. The ideal candidate understands fashion aesthetics, consumer behavior, and digital commerce, while also being able to control and optimize AI tools to generate production-ready visuals at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI Fashion Visual Generation

Lead the creation of high-quality AI-generated fashion visuals used across:

Product detail pages (PDPs)

E-commerce marketplaces

Product storytelling visuals

Social and performance marketing creatives

Short-form product videos

Responsibilities include:

Designing AI prompt frameworks for fashion and apparel visuals

Creating pose libraries, scene structures, and styling references for AI models

Developing camera angles, lighting styles, and visual compositions optimized for e-commerce

Ensuring garments, textures, and product details are accurately represented

The goal is to ensure AI visuals feel editorial, realistic, and commercially effective.

2. AI Visual Quality & QC Frameworks

Own the quality standards and evaluation frameworks for all AI-generated visuals. You will define structured QC systems to evaluate:

Garment accuracy and fit representation

Model pose realism and body proportions

Lighting, shadows, and visual depth

Fabric textures and color accuracy

Removal of AI artifacts and distortions

Compliance with brand visual standards

Key responsibilities:

Build AI visual quality scorecards

Establish review pipelines for AI outputs

Train QC teams to evaluate AI-generated content

Continuously refine generation systems based on QC feedback

Your role ensures AI visuals match or exceed traditional fashion photography standards.

3. Prompt Engineering & AI Output Optimization

Develop structured prompt engineering systems to guide AI tools.

Responsibilities include:

Creating advanced prompt libraries for fashion imagery

Designing repeatable prompt templates for different garment categories

Using reference images and style datasets to guide outputs

Running generation experiments to improve visual realism and accuracy

Optimizing prompts for consistent outputs across large SKU volumes

This role requires hands-on experimentation with AI tools to achieve the best visual results.

4. PDP Visual Storytelling & Conversion Design

Build visual storytelling systems for product pages. You will help answer the key e-commerce question: How can visuals help customers understand and buy a product faster

Responsibilities include:

Designing visual storytelling frameworks for PDPs

Creating content structures that explain product features visually

Building storyboard templates for AI-generated product videos

Developing visual formats that reduce product uncertainty for customers

Your work will directly influence conversion rates, engagement, and return reduction.

5. AI Content Production Systems

Help build scalable AI content production pipelines.

Responsibilities include:

Designing AI workflows for large-scale SKU content creation

Identifying manual production steps that can be automated

Collaborating with engineering teams to improve AI models

Defining generation QC refinement pipelines

The objective is to create repeatable creative systems that can scale across thousands of products.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as the bridge between AI engineering, creative teams, and e-commerce strategy.

Responsibilities include:

Working closely with AI engineers to improve generation models

Managing visual QC teams and editors

Collaborating with marketing teams on campaign visuals

Supporting product teams integrating visual outputs into platforms

7. Client & Business Impact

Support the commercial growth of Engagereel by translating AI capabilities into compelling visual demonstrations.

Responsibilities include:

Creating visual case studies and demo content for brands

Supporting sales and pitch teams with AI-generated examples

Helping brands adopt AI-powered content systems

Your work will directly influence how brands adopt AI visual production.

Tools & Technologies:

You will actively work with Generative AI creative tools, including:

• Image generation platforms
• AI video generation tools
• Prompt engineering systems
• AI visual editing tools
• Image generation pipeline
• Image-to-video generation pipelines
• AI upscaling and refinement tools

Experience with emerging AI creative tools and workflows is highly valuable.

Required Skills & Experience:

47+ years in fashion visuals, creative direction, or e-commerce content production

Strong understanding of fashion photography and garment presentation

Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools for image or video creation

Understanding of PDP visual strategy and e-commerce storytelling

Ability to combine creative thinking with structured systems

Strong attention to visual detail and content quality

Preferred Background:

Fashion Communication / Fashion Design / Visual Communication background

Experience working with fashion brands, retailers, or e-commerce platforms

Exposure to AI creative tools and prompt engineering

Experience managing high-volume SKU content production

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Communication, Fashion Design, Visual Communication, or Creative Technology

Preferred institutes include NIFT, NID, Pearl Academy, Srishti, or other leading design institutes.
