Tool Testing: Actively test AI-powered tools (e.g., background generators, face swaps, AI stylists, image-to-video tools) for accuracy, style quality, and versatility.
Style Curation: Evaluate AI outputs against fashion sensibilities such as color coordination, draping, occasion-appropriateness, and trend alignment.
Visual QC: Use Photoshop (or similar tools) to enhance AI outputs and provide feedback on where manual touch-ups are needed.
Feedback Loops: Provide structured insights to AI and product teams to improve model performance and style accuracy.
Trend Spotting: Keep an eye on fashion trends and infuse fresh aesthetics into AI content via moodboards and reference prompts.
Requirements
Education: Graduate or postgraduate from NIFT or any reputed fashion design institute preferred.
Experience: 35 years of relevant experience in the fashion domain such as fashion styling, fashion design, or fashion content creation.
Fashion Know-How: Strong understanding of silhouettes, draping, color theory, and styling principles across categories.
Photoshop Proficiency: Ability to spot visual inconsistencies and fine-tune images as needed.
Prompting Skills: Prior experience or curiosity to work with generative AI tools (image/video generation) is a big plus.
Eye for Detail: Ability to identify what makes a look work (or not) for a given theme or context.
Strong Aesthetic Judgment: You understand brand tonality, can adapt style to different demographics, and visualize outputs even before the AI renders them.
Collaborative Energy: Work closely with content, creative, and tech teams bonus points if you speak both moodboard and matrix.
