Position: AI Creative Specialist

Experience: 2–3 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Creative Specialist who can create, customize, and edit AI-generated videos, images, and marketing creatives using multiple AI tools.

The ideal candidate should be creative, hands-on with AI platforms, and comfortable experimenting with new tools to create high-quality, realistic, and engaging content for marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and customize AI-generated videos, images, ads, and social media creatives.
• Convert creative concepts, scripts, and references into high-quality AI visuals.
• Create image-to-video, text-to-video, AI avatars, voiceovers, and visual effects.
• Maintain consistency in characters, faces, branding, backgrounds, and visual styles.
• Create multiple creative variations for Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, Reels, and Shorts.
• Experiment with new AI tools and develop efficient creative workflows.
• Collaborate with Media Buyers, Copywriters, Designers, and Account Managers.
• Continuously improve AI-generated content based on creative and campaign requirements.
  
  

AI Tools

Hands-on experience with multiple AI tools such as:

Higgsfield, Runway, Google Flow, Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Sora, Kling AI, Veo, Pika, Hailuo AI, PixVerse, Vidu, Luma, Krea, Leonardo AI, FLUX, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI, Adobe Firefly, Perplexity and other emerging AI tools.

Candidates should be comfortable learning and using new AI tools beyond the list above.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in AI content creation, video editing, graphic design, creative production, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI video and image generation.
• Good understanding of prompting and AI creative workflows.
• Ability to customize and refine AI outputs rather than relying only on basic prompts.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, editing, and creative direction.
• Experience creating content for social media or advertising is preferred.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to experiment with new AI technologies.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, Reels, and Shorts.
• Knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, or CapCut.
• Experience in a performance marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
• Experience creating UGC-style videos, AI avatars, cinematic videos, product visuals, or talking-head videos.
