BUFF Madurai is expanding its curriculum into AI Creative Technology, and we are looking for a passionate mentor who can help the next generation of designers and creators build industry-ready skills.

AI Creative Workflows

- Generative AI for designers

- AI image generation

- AI-assisted Photoshop workflows

- AI video generation

- AI-assisted content creation

- Prompt engineering for creative work

- AI research and ideation

- AI-assisted creative workflows

- Evaluating and improving AI-generated output

WHAT WE EXPECT

We are looking for someone who:

- Has strong design fundamentals

- Has a professional creative portfolio

- Understands modern AI creative workflows

- Can teach rather than simply demonstrate software

- Can guide students through real projects

- Can explain creative concepts clearly

- Keeps learning new tools and workflows

- Understands social media and digital content

- Can mentor students in portfolio development

- Is comfortable experimenting with emerging AI tools

IMPORTANT

We are NOT looking for someone who only knows AI tools.

We are looking for a creative professional who understands design and knows how to use AI to make the creative process faster, better and more effective.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct practical classroom sessions

- Create project-based assignments

- Mentor students individually

- Review and improve student projects

- Develop portfolio-quality projects

- Introduce relevant AI workflows

- Keep course content updated

- Conduct workshops and masterclasses

- Support student portfolio development

- Participate in BUFF AI Lab activities

- Collaborate with UX/UI and other mentors

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with any of the following is an advantage:

- Figma

- Canva

- Midjourney

- Adobe Firefly

- ChatGPT

- Gemini

- Claude

- AI video tools

- AI voice/audio tools

- Framer

- Webflow

- Social media content creation

- Freelancing

- Agency experience

- Brand campaigns

You do NOT need to know every AI tool.
