About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thinks in concepts and moves in deliverables: you
will own brand creative end-to-end, transform briefs and scripts from the content team into compelling
campaign-ready concepts, and review every piece of work the team produces to an uncompromising
quality standard. You are the person who decides whether a piece of work is good enough — and then
stays in the room until it is.
We work with some of India's and the region's most recognised D2C and enterprise brands. The
creative bar is high, the pace is fast, and the expectation is that you hold both without compromising
either. If you're the kind of person who opens a brief and already has three concepts forming — and
who can still QC a final asset for a pixel out of place — this role was written for you.
What We're Looking For
Experience
• 4–8 years of experience in a creative agency, in-house creative team, or AI creative studio.
• Proven track record of managing multiple D2C or consumer brand accounts simultaneously with
end-to-end ownership.
• Experience leading creative across both graphic design and video — you are not siloed in one
format.
• Comfortable in client-facing situations when required — able to listen, ask the right questions,
and return with clear creative direction.
• A strong portfolio showing conceptual depth, visual quality, and range across campaign and
performance creative formats.
Skills & Competencies
• Excellent visual craft across graphic design fundamentals: composition, typography, colour,
hierarchy, and layout.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and
Premiere Pro.
• Understanding of video production and motion design principles — you know what makes a
good cut, not just a good frame.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools for image and video generation (Higgsfield, Kling,
Freepik AI or similar).
• Strong scriptwriting and narrative instincts — you can sharpen a hook, restructure a script, or
write one from scratch.
• Exceptional attention to detail — you notice the kerning, the colour mismatch, and the off-brand
font before anyone else does.
• Excellent communication skills: clear and organised in written briefs, team direction, and internal
feedback — and composed on a client call when the situation requires it.
• Strong brief-reading instincts — you can extract what's missing from a script, identify what the
content team intended, and improve it without losing the original intent.
• Highly organised — you manage multiple concurrent projects without dropping context on any of
them.
• Quick learner — you absorb new tools, brand systems, and feedback frameworks fast and apply
them consistently.
• Calm under pressure — tight timelines and revision rounds don't compromise your quality
standard.

Nice to Have
• Experience with AI video generation tools — Higgsfield, Kling, Runway, or similar — at a
production level.
• Familiarity with performance marketing creative formats (Meta, YouTube, CTV) and how creative
decisions affect metrics.
• Experience with brand identity work — building or evolving visual systems, not just executing
within them.
• Prior exposure to prompt engineering for consistent, high-quality AI image or video output.
• Understanding of UGC-style creative and how to direct AI-generated content that feels human
and native.
