Job Description

As an AI Creative Designer, you will be responsible for building high-performing marketing creatives using a combination of AI-powered tools and traditional design platforms. The role demands strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, prompt engineering, and experimentation skills to create scalable ad creatives for D2C and e-commerce brands.

You will work closely with marketing, growth, and product teams to develop performance-driven creatives, automate design workflows, and continuously experiment with emerging AI tools. The role combines creativity, automation, design execution, and performance marketing understanding in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Create high-performing ad creatives, banners, social media assets, and marketing visuals using AI tools and design software.
  • Write, refine, and experiment with prompts to generate high-quality AI-driven images, videos, and creative outputs.
  • Design performance marketing creatives optimized for platforms like Meta, Google, and other digital channels.
  • Develop festive campaigns, promotional assets, and branded templates for D2C and e-commerce merchants.
  • Create short-form marketing videos, motion graphics, and animated creatives for paid campaigns and social media.
  • Experiment with AI-powered creative workflows and identify opportunities to automate repetitive design processes.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, growth, product, and business teams to deliver creatives aligned with campaign goals and brand positioning.
  • Continuously test new AI design tools, creative automation platforms, and emerging technologies to improve output quality and speed.
  • Maintain strong brand consistency across all creatives, ensuring high visual quality, typography, layout, and design standards.
  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work within tight timelines.

Experience & Background:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design / Creative Design / Performance Marketing Creatives / Digital Design roles.
  • Prior experience working in startups, agencies, D2C brands, e-commerce, or fast-paced creative environments is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to AI-powered creative tools, content generation platforms, or creative automation workflows will be a strong advantage.
  • Graduation / Post Graduation in Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field.

Skills & Mindset:

  • AI Creative & Prompt Engineering: Strong ability to use AI tools effectively through structured prompt writing, experimentation, and rapid iteration.
  • Visual Design Excellence: Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, branding, and marketing-focused visual communication.
  • Design Software Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
  • Performance Marketing Understanding: Good understanding of ad creatives, conversion-focused design, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Video & Motion Design: Ability to create short-form videos, animated creatives, reels, and motion graphics for digital campaigns.
  • Creative Experimentation Mindset: Curious and proactive in testing new AI tools, automation workflows, and emerging creative technologies.
  • Problem Solving & Automation Thinking: Ability to think logically and improve design efficiency through scalable creative processes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Works effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact creatives within fast-moving timelines.
