Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered conversational chatbots for healthcare and enterprise use cases.
Build scalable chatbot architectures capable of handling large-scale interactions and integrations.
Implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning models to improve chatbot intelligence and response accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
Develop and maintain backend systems and APIs supporting chatbot functionality and integrations.
Conduct research on emerging AI, ML, and conversational AI technologies to enhance product capabilities.
Implement automated testing frameworks and deployment pipelines for chatbot solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to chatbot performance, training data, and model behavior.
Optimize chatbot performance for accuracy, scalability, and user experience.
Ensure continuous improvement through monitoring, analytics, and model retraining.
