Role Description: The AI Content + Video Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. In this position, the team member will conceptualize, script, and produce short-form and long-form video content that showcases Helium's product capabilities and customer stories. Daily responsibilities include planning video concepts, capturing and editing footage, creating motion graphics, and preparing videos for multiple channels such as the website, social media, and product demos. The role also involves collaborating with product, marketing, and design teams to translate complex AI and eCommerce concepts into clear, engaging multimedia assets. The team member will continuously optimize content based on performance data and feedback to strengthen brand presence and storytelling.

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in Video Production and Multimedia content creation.
• Proficiency in Video Editing and Video Post-Production workflows.
• Experience with Motion Graphics and visual storytelling.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interpret technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard video and design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
• Solid understanding of social media and digital content best practices, including short-form and vertical video formats.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Relevant degree or training in film, media, design, communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
