Job Description
As a Content / Prompt Reviewer on our Data Annotation team, you will be part of a global group of subject-matter experts and AI specialists responsible for evaluating, refining, and improving AI-generated content. Your work will directly contribute to the quality, safety, and alignment of AI models. Key responsibilities include:
Reviewing, evaluating, and refining prompts and AI-generated responses to improve accuracy, clarity, coherence, tone, and alignment with intended use cases
Creating and validating high-quality training datasets to support the development and fine-tuning of AI models
Annotating and labeling text-based data in accordance with established guidelines, quality standards, and ethical considerations
Identifying and correcting issues related to grammar, syntax, structure, factual consistency, and style in both human-authored and AI-generated content
Assessing content to ensure AI outputs align with human values, safety standards, and policy requirements
Providing detailed feedback and rationale to support model improvement and iterative training processes
Achieve target KPIs, including daily job count, average handle time per job, and specified production hours.
Education and Abilities
Minimum of bachelor's degree and good English proficiency level.
Proven experience in Data Annotation / Image Annotation or Video Annotation will be a plus.
Sound understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics.
Good reasonable assumption skills, strong attention to details, and ability to handle ambiguities and nuances.
