Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Content Operations Lead with a strong premium on GenAI workflows, prompt operations, AI quality assurance, and content automation. This role requires a dynamic professional to drive the end-to-end management of AI-generated content projects while ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Content Analysis & Planning
Interact and collaborate closely with (internal and external) customers and success teams to gather and understand customer requirements.
Handle project management for content projects.
Translate unstructured and vague requirements into clear, structured formats and actionable outputs.
Develop detailed plans for executing content projects, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
Content Delivery
Analyse content scope and requirements thoroughly.
Apply instructional design principles to determine the appropriate types of learning activities and formats.
Own content projects from inception to final delivery, ensuring output meets agreed formats and standards.
Oversee content translation processes to tailor materials for targeted markets.
Integrate AI tools and workflows effectively to generate and enhance content quality. Operations & Scaling
Manage and track multiple content projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Coordinate production efforts with the content development team.
Facilitate daily standups and proactively resolve issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Participate actively in hiring and retaining top talent for the content team.
Optimize workflows and leverage data analytics to improve content operations efficiency and scalability.
Quality & Compliance
Design and implement workflows and automation tools to minimize AI-related errors.
Establish and maintain human-in-the-loop review processes to ensure high content accuracy.
Oversee accurate translation and enforce quality control measures.
Ensure content is culturally relevant and appropriate for different target markets.
Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI guidelines throughout content creation and delivery.
